This policy explains what information we process when you use Raven’s Point, why we process it, and the choices you have. Raven’s Point is not a medical, mental-health, or crisis service; see our Terms of Service.

1. What we process

Depending on how you use the service, we may process:

2. Why we process it (purposes)

3. AI and model providers

To generate responses and maintain memory, content you send may be transmitted to third-party AI providers (for example Anthropic and, if configured for failover, other model hosts such as OpenRouter). Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We configure the product to avoid unnecessary retention where the provider allows, but you should assume message content may be processed on their systems for the purpose of generating a reply.

4. Where data is stored

We use cloud infrastructure (for example application hosting and a managed PostgreSQL database, which may be provided via Supabase or equivalent). Data may be processed in the regions supported by those providers. Cross-border transfers, if any, are made using appropriate safeguards required by Irish and EU law (including GDPR) where applicable, such as standard contractual clauses.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

6. Retention

We retain conversation state and derived memory only as long as needed to operate the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Features such as resets or account deletion requests may erase or anonymize stored state subject to technical limits and legal holds. Ask us using the contact above if you need a specific deletion or export.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the risk. No online service is perfectly secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, port data, or object to certain processing (including GDPR rights where they apply). Contact the address above; we respond within timelines required by applicable law. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority; in Ireland that is typically the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

9. Children

The service is not directed at children under the age digital products typically require parental consent (often 13 or higher depending on jurisdiction). Do not use Raven’s Point if you are below the minimum age applicable in your region.

10. Third-party links

The bot may reference external pages (for example feedback forms or subscription checkout). Those sites have their own policies.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; the new effective date will be posted at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless a stricter regime applies and requires additional consent.

12. WhatsApp / Meta

When you contact us via WhatsApp, Meta processes data under Meta’s terms and privacy policies as the provider of WhatsApp and related developer services. Raven’s Point receives only what Meta exposes through the WhatsApp Business Platform APIs configured for our app.
